PickEASY is a drag and drop hit-pick/normalisation
program, currently offered as stand-alone software for
Xantus, with or without barcode scanner.
Hit-pick:
- Can import from LIMS
- Make worklist for the Xantus
- Compact the picking in 96 or 384 evt. in combination,
and with ID (barcode) even store information about part of
plate used
- Export to LIMS
Normalisation:
- Can import from LIMS or reader data
- Normalise data either linear or from selected MIN/MAX
curve
- Pipette right amount into individual wells
- Export data to LIMS
